feature request: buttons and scrollmarkers should be hidden when there's no overflow

Demo loaded on a large screen:

next and previous buttons are already disabled. No need to show a single scroll marker.

I suspect this would require state queries from w3c/csswg-drafts#6402 to hide those parts when the area is not scrollable.
