[BUG] Will not launch. error: "No Flameshot translation found for C" #4833

Description

@errantmind

Flameshot Version

flameshot --version
"No Flameshot translation found for C"
"No Qt translation found for C"
Flameshot v14.0.0 (bd2e6d3)
Compiled with Qt 6.11.1

Installation Type

User repository (AUR)

Operating System type and version

Arch Linux x86_64

Description

Previously used regular 'flameshot' package on AUR. After getting the error below, switched to flameshot-git. Will not launch at all. Every invocation fails (except version, but you can see the error in there). Worked before update and has been a while since I updated so I was probably on the previous major version.

flameshot
"No Flameshot translation found for C"
"No Qt translation found for C"
"No Flameshot translation found for C"
"No Qt translation found for C"

flameshot gui
"No Flameshot translation found for C"
"No Qt translation found for C"
"No Flameshot translation found for C"
"No Qt translation found for C"

Perhaps my locale is set to C, not sure what the issue is though.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run flameshot or flameshot gui
  2. Error presents and nothing happens
