Firefox: Detected creation of folder loop

I can not sync my Firefox Browser (version 147.0.2) on my Macbook (OS Ventura). I get the error: Detected creation of folder loop. Moving GNnd36kmaUhJ into its descendant pMloTCdWleex

Thank you for reporting this, I will try to help troubleshoot as best I can.
Which version of floccus is this? Are you syncing bookmark by other means in parallel to floccus (e.g. via Firefox sync)? Do you have a debug log for me? 🙏
You can try clearing the cache in the profile settings and attempting a sync from scratch, this will at most duplicate some of your bookmarks / folders but not delete anything.

I am using version 5.8.6. No other sync tools are used. I will try to what you have suggested (clear cache).
