At the moment we mirror another repository manually using either the import-index or import-packages commands. We should also be able to configure a job that runs periodically (probably via odd-jobs) in the background as part of a flora-server instance. We should be able to configure the time between mirroring jobs, the location url of the index we're mirroring and a list of packages we want to mirror.
