While I tend to stick to open source options, Plex is a large part of our home, and they make a wonderful dedicated player for music, Plexamp.

They provide webhooks, but sadly they are a premium feature and require a Plex Pass subscription: https://support.plex.tv/articles/115002267687-webhooks
