Contents of server.key.enc as CircleCi variables

Instructions say "Store the key, iv and contents of server.key.enc as protected environment variables in the Circleci UI. These values are considered secret so please treat them as such"; however there is no information on storing the server.key.enc as a CircleCI env variable. Key, Iv, SFDX username and Consumer Key are the 4 covered.

The server.key.enc once encrypted is to be stored in the assets folder in the repository, which is then decrypted with the DECRYPTION_KEY and DECRYPTION_IV environment variables by the "Create hub key" step
