Add a stability level when choosing the BOMs during Wildfly Swarm: Setup

The swarm fracitons are categorized by their stability (see https://github.com/wildfly-swarm/wildfly-swarm/tree/master/boms). It would be nice to have an option to choose the desired stability and filter accordingly when choosing the fractions to depend on
