Flag to just download the dependencies

Description

I was thinking a possibly-useful option might be to use fpm just to download the dependencies, but not to build or compile. Maybe via a new command line flag? Is that currently possible? It might be useful for users who have a more complicated build process that FPM doesn't yet support, but they still want to use it for third-party dependency management, to get all the dependencies in a known directory. It might be a nice intermediate step to get people using FPM.
