Activate vpn through exposed intents for automation apps like tasker

Summary

Applications like Tailscale and WireGuard have exposed Intents to allow third party apps like tasker to access and enable their vpn. This would be very handy for pangolin to implement

Motivation

this would allow for an “on-demand” pangolin vpn automation to be created with third party apps like tasker or microdroid

Proposed Solution
