[FR] Add a notification when Pangolin is connected

Summary

Currently, as far as I can see, the Android app does not provide any notifications. A notification when Pangolin client is connected would be really useful since some folks like me base some automation, e.g. with Tasker on VPN notifications.

Motivation

I use NextDNS. I have a Tasker task that changes my Private DNS setting based on the connection status of WiFi and VPN. Autonotification plugin connected to Tasker intercepts a VPN notification and Tasker sets the appropriate Private DNS Profile.

Proposed Solution

Implement a simple Notification as long as Pangolin Clients connection is up as all thhe other VPN apps do.

Alternatives Considered

Not possible without notification.
