ASDF recently changed its whole interface https://asdf-vm.com/guide/upgrading-to-v0-16.html#breaking-changes

Update installation instructions for new ASDF version.

Since upgrade to new ASDF is not mandatory, we need to still maintain old instructions for a time being.
