Let's also add docs_info following this pattern here:
https://github.com/fractal-analytics-platform/fractal-tasks-core/tree/main/fractal_tasks_core/dev/task_info

And then add them to the task list by adding an entry each like docs_info="file:task_info/my_doc.md",
