Expand number of fields being checked regardless of status/type?

Include reports/alerts listing what was updated in each record when changes are made…especially something irregular like the summary or title…This means basically checking ALL fields in imported record against ALL those in database record regardless of the status or type of the initiative...wouldn't all need to be updated necessarily every time, but it could alert us when something fishy is happening or when user input might be needed to resolve a conflict. Currently the scraper targets specific fields to update depending on what kind of a status update it is (i.e. from cleared to signature verification)
