Page names are renamed with " 0" on the ends after importing, breaking navigation between pages

George W7GES reported that importing the sample pages resulted in the page names being suffixed with a space and a zero, for example:
N1MM Quick Buttons 0

This causes the page to not be found by any other sample pages, which refer to the same name without any suffixed space and number.

The workaround is to rename the page so that it does not have any space and number on the end of the page name. An alternative is to change the name mappings on all the other pages that refer to it, but that is more work.

I will seek the reason why the page names were changed upon import, and if possible update the samples or instructions to avoid the issue.
