This commit ensures that the docketNumber stored in localStorage is cleared when a user loads a district court report. This prevents potential issues where a stale docketNumber might be used on other pages or during subsequent validations. This commit address freelawproject/recap#392.

This PR fixes freelawproject/recap#392:
docketNumbervalues causing errors after viewing district court reports. Unlike appellate court reports, district court reports lack a consistent source for docket numbers, making extraction unreliable. Therefore, this commit clears thedocketNumberfrom localStorage when a district court report is loaded, ensuring clean state and preventing unintended use of outdated data.
