Highlight Changes

A nice to have;

The watch command has a flag to highlight changes in the output from one cycle to the next

Watchbind could also have something similar, with a background highlight for characters in the output that change. Alternatively, users could configure regexes that match strings, which can be highlighted if the match changes.

My use case is for commands like '$nft list table ip filter'
