GSoC2019Flyer.spa: Improve two Spanish sentences

Changed "línea a línea de programa" by "una línea
de código a la vez", to make it more natural and
to solve an ambiguity problem with the use of the
term "programa" in two different contexts.

Changed "líneas de programa" by "líneas de código",
for the same reason.
