Doesn't Work on Windows 11 ARM

For some reason the installer doesn't work on Windows 11 ARM it's just giving me an error box with a message saying "Installation failed."

I encountered the same problem on Windows 11 ARM, the install.inf would give an error, while Windows 11 x64 worked fine.

I didn't research the difference, I just manually install the cursor files instead of .inf installation.
