Missing stack traces when using test-app and unhandledRejections #198

Reports of missing stack traces from running test-app when an unhandledRejection occurs. Verify that this happens and write a test for it.

So as long as I actually reject something with a stack it seems to be fine:

If we reject with just a string, that's when things are not so great:
