I am working on a similar fully WebRTC based Kotlin project.

It is full MIT open sourced.
I may steal some of your Kotlin impl for a WebSocket option I am adding to it soon.
(Although ChatGPT is plenty effective enough at generating code to get me 99% there by itself)

I am adding the WebSocket version exclusively because I think there may be a functional difference between the two and I am trying to A/B test them.
