目前的 schema 中有 keywords ，為專案關鍵字
而 civic.json 裡面則是用 tags

這兩者是一樣的東西嗎?

我想 keywords 是抄 package.json 的 keywords

參考 civic.json 對 tags 的定義

兩者應該是一樣的
