Mobile issue: streamlit_tags.st_tags doesn't register the tag when pressing enter on a mobile browser

When using streamlit_tags.st_tags from a mobile browser, tags are not registered when pressing enter. Test performed with a Pixel 6a and Google Chrome/ Chromium / Brave Browser as browser.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open up the following streamlit app from a mobile browser: https://d1x4btww7566he.cloudfront.net/
2. On the sidebar, click "Survey"
3. Try to create a new tag in any form
4. You should see that when pressing enter, the tag doesn't get registered (it doesn't become red)

Expected behavior
The tags would be registered.
