Controller controlled Mouse is invisible #171
Comments
How are you setting the custom controller mapping? Via Steam Input? It's a known limitation of our Docker stack, and I'm quite surprised you've managed to make it work given #88 can you elaborate on exactly how you are setting that? |
Btw I've found this ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux#8604 it might be a known issue with Steam on Wayland. |
Yes I've just set the setting in steam to steam-input and used a mapping which had on one stick the stick mouse mapping. |
I've tried now different things also rebuild the gow steam image with a new gamescope version with libei support but nothing helped. Maybe when the referenced issue is closed i will try it again |
Hi don't know if this is the correct repo the constellation is the following
Moonlight on Android
Wolf
Gow Standard steam image
When I play Lord of the rings online with a custom steam controller mapping where one stick is a mouse. I have two mouses one visible and controlled by the Touchscreen input(trackpad beahviour in my moonlight setting) and one invisble mouse that is controlled by the controller stick. The mouse is working but i would like to see it.
Like said in the beginning don't know where the issue lays. Wolf (sway), steam, the game, moonlight.
Maybe someone here can help me or give me an direction to search in.
