Resource Support for HDGP

Hi there, wondering if the team could add resource support for HDGP for running local PGS servers and enabling ancestry estimation.

Yes I was able to set-up my own server following this tutorial. But this tutorial does not cover setting up HDGP for ancestry estimation, or am I missing anything?

You are right. This dataset is unfortunately not publicly available.

One more thing. Is there anything wrong with the current ancestry estimation workflow? Here is one of my jobs that enable ancestry estimation with HGDP, it always ends up being a zombie process that never finishes: https://imputationserver.sph.umich.edu/#!jobs/job-20260615-185703-779
