Automate generator normalization

• Have some sort of build process which runs each generator a few times, measures the volume, and chooses a gain adjustment to put all the generators in a consistent range
  • Prior art: https://github.com/generativefm/generators/tree/9dac7733301401ba0dbb8e6103ea45cfa312038a/normalize. Not great.
