Azure checks missing ssh key

The Azure blueprint/checks needs to handle an ssh key

[my-test-site] running manifest viability checks...
1 error(s) detected:
 - $.instance_groups.bosh.properties.azure.ssh_public_key: secret secret/my/test/site/blacksmith/azure/ssh:public not found


Unable to merge my-test-site manifest (run failed):

genesis check-secrets my-test-site.yml does not detect the missing key (as does add-secrets)

Need to add to kit.yml

  azure: &azure
    azure/ssh: ssh 2048
  azure-cpi: *azure
