It would be good to add information on the book's prerequisites in README.md (i.e. what other people need to do to be able to reproduce it).

IIUC this is now just "have Julia installed and run julia --project=. -e "using Pkg; Pkg.instantiate()" before quarto preview? Or at least it will be that once my QuartoNotebookRunner PR lands.

You may also take a look at the README at https://github.com/geocompx/geocompy -- it shows a few ways on how to reproduce the book. (Of course, one stable approach is a good start)
