What happened? What did you expect to happen?

GCHP cloud benchmarks for dev/14.6.0 are failing due to not having enough memory. We need to increase the memory for in the GitHub action benchmarking_workflow.yml file from 80000 to perhaps 120000.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

Pushed a commit to GCHP and the 1-hr cloud benchmark failed. See:

We can close this issue as PR #471 has been merged into dev/14.6.0.
