SNS and SQS to listen for S3 events

Anyone knows when the support for S3 to pupblish event to SNS and SQS can listen those from SNS will be implemented?

UserWarning: Tried to parse AWS::SQS::QueuePolicy but it's not supported by moto's CloudFormation implementation

This is primarily a user-driven project @semekita. You can open a feature request for this, and wait until someone else feels like implementing it - but there is no guarantee that will ever happen.

Implementing it yourself and opening a PR for this feature will always be the fastest way to get things done!
