Description
The ContentContact element in ABCD 2.06 provides contact information for data-related questions and usage restrictions and is represented as MicroAgent. This type does not allow for differentiation between organizations and individuals, meaning it can contain single persons, groups of persons as well as institution names.
Currently, it is mapped to the schema:maintainer property and, as a trade-off, to the schema:Organization type, which may be inappropriate for specific values such as person names.
In the past, the BsIIG discussed an alternative solution for mapping to the schema:Thing type, which was considered unsuitable for the information either.
This ticket serves as a place to discuss the practicality of the present solution and to identify a better solution and, if necessary, identify a better solution.
