Add a mass conservation constraint to the tracer inversion so that the flux out of a box, Fo, must be equal to the fluxes into the neighboring boxes:

$$F_0 = \sum_{i=1}^{N}F_i^{out}$$

Total mass balance would be given by:
$$A' * F_0 = 0$$

Check the distribution of mass imbalance
Add a mass imbalance term for the cost function
