Command line ember-script is confusing

ember-script --help gives one example that worked as expected

ember-script --js --no-optimise <input.coffee >output.js

Since the help dialogue is tacked onto CoffeeScripts it all blobs together making everything more confusing. For a random example of what i mean

I know that being a new project there are going to be quirks and you have other priorities, but a few lines explaining the command line program would go a long way.
