Browser download prompts have been a nuisance for a few years now and have only ramped up on Microsoft and Google sites. (In fact, you may recall that Google went so far as to scare Edge users back to Chome back in February 2020.) I'd like to block these download browser prompts as they are just as annoying as GDRP cookie prompts and, in some ways, more so (e.g., if you use Bing everyday: even if you don't clear your browser's storage after every session, it will continually ask you to try Edge).
I suggest we add the "I Don't Want to Download Your Browser" list if a user has Ads + Trackers + Annoyances selected. It is a blocklist that is super lightweight and blocks a major, reoccurring annoyance. Win/win.
