COVID-19 dashboard: publication

It seems like most of the data related to COVID-19 is not yet published, but some is. It would be nice if the string PMID is found if it linked to the PubMed page.

The next question is what to do about linking to preprints.

For now I will consider alterations to the admin page out of scope of this ticket.

@claymfischer Where are you wanting these links? Attached to the short name so you can click and it will take you to the pub? My only worry with that is eventually I'd have the short name click take you to the project view page.

That is a good point, and a point of user confusion we ran into with the CIRM project matrix. It would be ideal to link to the publication in a separate column.

I've considered, too, what to do if there are additional relevant URLs. For now we can include them in the description, eventually the field may do well as an array (there are some trade offs if we make that change in the future).
