Add colorless menu

The parent project is getting ready to merge in a colorless menu (e.g., no colors set). The task can be seen here: git-quick-stats/git-quick-stats#116

Create a similar construct here so users can also have a colorless menu with only bold stylizing where it makes sense. Most, if not all, logic can be handled in menu.py.
