📝 Description

I opened Gitify from the tray icon and I can see the notifications. After clicking to mark them as done, it works for some repositories, but then it keeps loading and gives me a rate-limited message.

🪜 Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the tray icon.
2. Click and wait for the notifications to load.
3. Start marking some notifications as done in some repositories.
4. Leave one repository with notifications, and I couldn't mark it as done.
5. Receive the rate-limited message.
6. Delete the token and wait for more than 1 hour.
7. Create a new token, and after loading the notifications (53), try to mark them as done, but receive the rate-limited message again.

@renanfranca - as an immediate workaround please try unchecking the detailed notifications setting. Rate limiting is likely for users who have a lot of unread notifications and have detailed notifications enabled
