Config not being honored with Runtipi

Hello, I have a Glance instance setup through Runtipi. I am trying to modify the glance.yml file located in runtipi/apps/migrated/glance using nano when SSHed into my server but upon writing out, the hot reload feature does not work. Even weirder, if I restart the instance the new config is still not loaded.

It appears to be the correct config file, containing the default yaml config. I was trying a change as simple as changing the location for weather and it still does not work. I checked the browser console and there are no errors there as I saw in the docs that invalid configs will create one and default back to the previous config, chich does not appear to be the case. Any ideas on how to configure Glance on Runtipi?
