Allow filtering out tags in lobsters

### Description

The way the tags system works on Lobsters is to be a filtering mechanism to remove what you don't want to see, rather than one to determine what you do. It would be great to extend the same philosophy to Glance's integration of Lobsters so I can cut out the spammy tags from my Glance dashboard as I do on Lobsters itself.
