When translating a Split-by node into another language, the rule translations tab is missing. Users are forced to manually add translations in the default tab, instead of the expected translation fields showing up automatically per langugae.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a flow with a Split-by (router) node that has one or more rules.
- Open the node's translation dialog for a non-default language.
- Observe the "Rule Translations" tab is not there
