/create-agent-skill adds markdown headings, /audit-skill recommend replacing them with XML tags

I just used /create-agent-skill to generate a new skill.
It created the files with markdown headers.

Immediately after it was done I ask for a review of it from /audit-skill.
It then recommended that those same markdown headers be replaced with XML tags.

I don't know which is actually better, but I want those two skills to be in agreement about it.

In general I'd prefer it if a newly created skill would always be in a shape to pass an immediate audit.
