Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem with the "Rules for assigning a ticket created via a mail collector" rule, particularly with the "Known Email Domain > is > yes" criterion.

During my tests, the rule consistently fails to validate a domain that is properly registered in the entity, such as "abc-auto.com." After several attempts, the test remains invalid.

I suspect that the hyphen character "-" in the domain name may not be correctly interpreted, thus preventing the domain from being detected as known.

Can you verify if this is a bug or if there is a special treatment to apply to this type of domain?

Please try #21563. I just add a new test; I'm not 100% sure it will fix the issue.

Thank you but I don't understand how to apply these modifications to my production version while waiting for the next update because the modified files are test files not present in version 11.0.1

You only have to apply changes on src/RuleMailCollectorCollection.php

I just added the following part to the file src/RuleMailCollectorCollection.php but it doesn't change anything.

      if (isset($params['from'])) {
            $input['from'] = $params['from'];
        }
