Avatars for ENS/NNS not showing as expected

I've noticed recently that the avatars set on ENS or NNS names are not displaying as expected when set in ENS/NNS dashboard.

Not sure if it's to do with the recent ENS changes implementing wrapped domains, but may have some impact.

Would be nice to have some steps to recreate this. Screenshots of dev console errors, etc. I have an ENS avatar and it seems to load fine pretty consistently.
