About DNS over Https support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It seems the firmware supported DNS over HTTPS before, but now it does not.
Some ISPs may block the DNS over TLS (It uses the 853 port)

Describe the solution you'd like
Hope it gets supported again. Let us choose between DNS over TLS and DNS over HTTPS. (I saw some brand support DOH, DOT, like TP-Link, etc... )
