Bug Summary

Error 0xC0000142 during installation and launch on Windows 10

Reproduction Steps

Install latest version and during installation the error 0xC0000142 popped up. Click OK, finish installation, during browser launch - same error. Same result with portable midori.

Expected Behavior

Error 0xC0000142

FWIW, ver 11.4 loads fine

fixed problem in the version 11.5.1 coming soon is available
