Migrate command replaces the all.go file content based on the file name and all.go file #35

When gofr migrate command runs, it replaces the content of all.go file with those corresponding to the filenames of the files.

If the user has made any change to the timestamp in all.go file it would be changed to whatever has been set in the filename
