I not sure this is a bug or not, but i can't play audio with base64 data uri scale up per time

### Describe Issue

I have a  base64 data uris scale up per time, but when I clicked "play" button, it only play from 0 sec to the moment I clicked on it.
And then, nothing happened

### Suggested Improvement

How i can play audio when base64 data uris update real-time
