Xiaomi 15 not supported #1679

I found that ARCore cannot be used properly on Xiaomi 15, but I can install 'Google Play Services for AR' through Xiaomi's app store. So, I have a question: Is device certification for ARCore the responsibility of the phone manufacturer or Google?
