Stale PRs and Automatic Closure

You guys might want to take a look at PRs that have auto-closed over the last several days. The timing trigger is very short and, even though the notification email says we can "magically" reopen, a maintainer has to do that since us normies don't have the permissions necessary. I know how swamped one can get and this isn't a bump other than to say that things might not be working the way you intended. I'd definitely like all seven (I think?) of mine reopened.
