User profile should have:

display name
contact email address (private)
(current) address
age
height
weight
ftp
Sex M/F (realize that being careful around messaging here is important. This is used to calculate calories, and transgender folks will need a relatively simple explanation of what may become a complicated problem from a mathematical standpoint)

Nice to have:

profile picture
phone number for SMS alerts / phone login
