Fix CI build and improve workflow documentation

- Remove duplicate implementCmd declaration (already exists in implement.go)
- Rename blog post to correct date (2025-11-24)
- Add prominent workflow section to homepage highlighting research → plan → implement flow
- Format main.go with gofmt
- All tests passing, go vet clean
